Our basic support package includes your Office and Email licenses. On top of this it also includes and Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection license, which provides enhanced anti-virus and security for Office 365 Emails. As well as this it will include patch management of your machines to make sure they are up to date with the latest security and application updates after we have tested them internally. We also include Anti-Virus for all your machines and a network level security tool which helps block websites which are being used to distribute malware and for phishing scams. The network level security tool can also be used for internet filtering if you wish. Our basic support package is intended for reactive support which would then be charged at £75 per hour when you call with a problem.

Our advanced support package expands on our good package by providing you with remote monitoring, asset management and proactive resolution of issues. We will monitor your whole network for any issues and take an action to resolve them before they become a problem for you. We will carry out regular maintenance of your machines to make sure they run as well as possible. We will track all your devices in our asset management system. We also include all the support you require during business hours at no extra cost.
We also include a Microsoft Business Premium license which bundles together the Office 365 programs with comprehensive security tools to allow management of your local devices and protection of your data stored in the Microsoft 365 environment.

Our ultra support package expands on our better package by utilizing Microsoft 365 E5 licenses which comprise the entire set of Microsoft’s productivity and security tools. This package is great for customers who have high security requirements. It includes technologies such as Microsoft’s next generation antivirus Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection for protecting your local systems as well as Cloud App security for protecting and monitoring your web-based tools. All the tools can be tied together to check the overall risk of each login to keep your accounts as secure as possible.
With this plan we also include 24/7 monitoring of the security data generated from the Microsoft 365 Environment to make sure suspicious activity is detected and remediated as soon as possible.
Further to this our ultra support package contains on-going security testing and training for all your users. Test emails will be sent to identify people who require additional training to make sure your company is as secure as possible. This package also includes our cloud-based backup for all your Office 365 and SharePoint date. This will make sure that your data is recoverable in case of accidental or malicious deletion or in case of a cyber-attack.
Our ultra support package includes our vCIO process which will work with you to understand your business and help make recommendations for how IT can improve upon it. It will also help with planning your IT budget and reviewing the end of life for your services.
